Description	Pomocí beta-N-acatylhexosaminidázy z Aspergillus oryzae byly syntetizovány trisacharidy GlcNAc-beta(1-4)-GlcNAc-beta(1-4)ManNAc (1) a GalNAc-beta(1-4)-GlcNAc-beta(1-4)ManNAc (2). Jejich vazba na protein hevein byla spolu s chitobiosou (3) prokázána NMR a molekulárním modelováním. Asociační konstanty klesají v pořadí 3, 1, 2. (cs) The trisaccharides GlcNAc-beta(1-4)-GlcNAc-beta(1-4)ManNAc (1) and GalNAc-beta(1-4)-GlcNAc-beta(1-4)ManNAc (2) were synthetised using beta-N-acetylhexosaminidase from Aspergillus oryzae. NMR and molecular modelling proved that both compounds are recognised by protein hevein, similarly to chitotriose (3). The association constants decrease in order 3, 1, 2.
