  • %22Zapojení katecholaminových receptorů (alfa-adrenergní, D2-dopaminové) bylo studováno u stresovaných experimentálních zvířat. Stres vyvolal změněné imunitní odpovědi spojené se změnami signalizace G-proteiny, poškození TH1/TH2 cytokinové sítě a funkce buněk NK. Po aplikaci specifických antagonistů předcházející vyvolání stresu došlo k odstranění imunosuprese. D2–typ dopaminergní mechanismus representuje dominantní komponentu v regulaci Galfas/Galfai (1,2)Galfaq/11 -proteinu přenášejícího signál a fungujícího na obou -nervové a imunitní úrovni. S G-proteiny spojené receptory (GPCRs) mohou modulovat produkci cytokinů a hrát regulační úlohu v efektorových mechanismech imunity. (cs)
  • The involvement of catecholamine receptors (alpha-adrenergic, D2-dopamine) was investigated in restraint animals. Stress influenced immune responses with concomitant changes of G-protein signal transduction. Impairment of TH1/TH2 cytokine network and natural killer (NK) cell function was observed. In vivo administration of specific antagonists prior to restraint stress reversed the immunosuppression. D2-type dopaminergic mechanism represents a dominant component in regulation of Galphas/Galphai(1,2)/Galphaq/11-protein signal transduction at level of both central nervous and immune systems. G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) can modulate cytokine production and may play a regulatory role in immune effector mechanisms.
