Description
| - Resveratrol je fytoalexin nacházející se v různých druzích rostlin, hlavně v révě vinné (Vitis vinifera), jakož i ve vínech vyrobených z rév obsahujících resveratrol. Nyní je jednou z nejintenzívněji bádaných biologicky aktivních látek. Tento zvláštní zájem podnítil naše úsilí připravit ho synteticky, v našem přístupu pak převážně za vzniku strukturně příbuzných metoxystilbenů. Způsob naši přípravy je vhodný pro přípravu resveratrolových derivátů ve velkém množství. (cs)
- Resveratrol is a phytoalexin found in various plant species, mainly in grapevine (Vitis vinifera), as well as in wines prepared from the resveratrol-containing grapevines. It belongs now to the most intensively studied biologically active compounds. This exceptional interest induced our attempt to prepare it in a synthetic way, in our approach were largely obtained structurally related methoxystilbenes. The method is suitable for preparing resveratrol derivatives in a large amount.
