Description	Conventional gas chromatography with electroantennographic detection (GC-EAD) and two-dimensional (GCxGC) gas chromatogtaphy with TOFMS detector were used to analyse the female sex pheromone gland of the persiommon bark borer, Eusophera batangensis. Analysis indicated the presence of (Z9,E12)-tetradeca-9,12-dien-1-ol. Preliminary field tests showed that this compound is highly attractive for males of this species. Two mensional GCxGC TOFMS proved to be excellent tool in pheromone research. (en) Dvě metody byly unikátně zkombinovány při výzkumu feromonu zavíječe Eusophera batangensis: klasická chromatografie s elektroantenografickou detekcí a dvoudimenzionální plynová chromatografie (GCxGC) s TOFFMS detekcí. Ananýla feromonové žlázy zavíječe prokázala přítomnost (Z9,E12)-tetradeca-9,12-dien-1-olu, látky, která je využívána jako feromon příbuznými druhy zavíječů. V předběžných polních experimentech bylo prokázáno, že (Z9,E12)-tetradeca-9,12-dien-1-ol je pro samce druhu Eusophera batangensis velmi atraktivní a je tak pravděpodobným kandidátem na feromon tohoto druhu. Dvou-rozměrná chromatografie se ukázala jako vynikající a citlivý nástroj při studiu sexuálních feromonů motýlů. (cs)
