Description
  • The hydrothermal synthesis of zeolite MCM-58 is investigated with N-benzylquinuclidinium bromide as a structure-directing agent in order to isomorphously substitute aluminium or iron for silicon. Al-MCM-58 was synthesised in a wide range of nSi/nAl ratios (from 19 to 56), and Fe-MCM-58 was successfully prepared in a narrower range of nSi/nFe ratios (from 18 to 36). The obtained products were characterised by XRD, SEM, Al-27 MAS NMR, Si-29 MAS NMR, FTIR, and ESR spectroscopy. Two different calcination procedures, viz. in a stream of nitrogen and air or in a stream of ammonia, were used in order to modify the acid sites in the zeolite.

  • Hydrotermální syntéza zeolitu MCM-58 byla prováděna s N-benzylquinuclidinem jako strukturně řídícím činidlem. Účelem studie byla isomorfní záměna křemíku za hliník anebo železo. Al-MCM-58 byl připraven v širokém rozmezí nSi/nAl (od 19 do 56). Fe-MCM-58 bylúspěšně připraven v užším rozmezí nSi/nAl (od 18 do 36). Získané produkty byly charakterizovány XRD, SEM, 27Al MAS NMR, 29Si MAS NMR, FTIR a ESR spektroskopií. Dvě různé kalcinační metody viz. V proudu dusíku a vzduchu nebo v proudu amoniaku, byly použity zaúčelem modifikace kyselých míst v zeolitech. FTIR spektroskopie před a po adsorpci d3-acetonitrilu a pyridinu byla použita pro určení koncentracea typu kyselých center v zeolitu. (cs)
