Description
| - A highly active silver/alumina catalyst for continuous reduction of NO to nitrogen with octane under lean conditions was prepared. The effect of impregnation time and Ag precursor concentration on the catalyst activity was investigated. The catalyst was characterized by means of O2-chemisorption, H2-TPR, XRF, and UV-Vis spectra to correlate catalytic results with different preparation methods. UV-Vis measurements indicated that the highest and most stable activity is obtained with Ag/alumina exhibiting predominantly mono-atomically dispersed silver.

- Byl připraven vysoce aktivní Ag/alumina katalyzátor pro kontinuální redukci NO oktanem na dusík. Byl vyšetřován efekt doby impregnace a koncentrace prekursoru na katalytickou aktivitu. Katalyzátor byl charakterizován XRF, H2-TPR a UV-Vis s cílem korelace získaných výsledků s různými preparačními metodami. UV=Vis měření indikovala, že nejvyšší a stabilní aktivita je získána s Ag/aluminou vykazující převážné atomárně dispergované stříbro. (cs)
