  • The electronic and vibrational spectra of the clusters of 2-aminopyridine (2AP) with one and two water molecules have been measured by using resonant two-photon ionization (R2PI) and IR-UV ion depletion spectroscopy (IR/R2PI). Under microhydration the aromatic nitrogen forms a very strong H-bond with water. The H-bonded OH stretching vibrations for 2AP.DOT.H2O and 2AP.DOT.(H2O)2 exhibit a red shift of 254 and 413 cm-1, respectively, relative to the symmetric stretching vibration of free water. In addition water forms a H-bond with the amino group, resulting in a cyclic structure for both clusters. Due to a reduced geometric strain, two water molecules exhibit stronger H-bonds. These results are well supported by calculations on the density functional theory level.

  • Elektronická a vibrační spektra klastrů 2-aminopyridinu (2AP) s jednou nebo s dvěma molekulami vody, byla měřena za použití resonanční dvoufotonové ionizace (R2PI) a IR prodisoační spektroskopie(IR/R2PI). Při mikrohydrataci tvoří aromatický dusík s vodou velmi silnou vodíkovou vazbu. Valenční vibrace vodíkové vazby OH skupiny v 2AP.H2O a AP. (H2O)2 vykazují červený posun 254 respi 413 cm-1, vzhledem k symetrické valenční vibraci volné molekuly vody. Navíc voda vytváří vodíkovou vazbu s aminoskupinou vedoucí k cyklické struktuře obou klastrů. Následkem zmenšeného geometrického pnutí však klastr 2AP.(H2O)2 vykazuje podstatně silnější H- vazby oproti klastru 2AP.H2O. Dále jsou uváděny výsledky výpočtů metodou funkcionálu hustoty a perturbační metodou. Tyto výsledky jsou v dobré shodě s experimentálními daty a poskytují další poznatky o struktuře a energetice mikrohydratované molekuly. (cs)
