  • Ba0.95Pb0.05TiO3 (BPT) dopovaný Sb byl připraven mechanickým mletím práškových prekursorů a následnou kalcinací homogenní směsi při 1050 oC. Elektrohydropuls (EHP) byl na BPT fázi aplikován při dvou různých energiích, 3.3x104 a 5x104 J/m po dobu 3 a 4 min v technické vodě. Velikost specifického povrchu vzrostla z 2.3 m2/g ve výchozím materiálu na 4.4 m2/g při použití vyšší energie EHP a působení po dobu 4 min. Primárním produktem interakce elektrického výboje s povrchem BPT ve vodním prostředí byl Ba(OH)2 , který na vzduchu absorboval CO2 a pokryl se vrstvou BaCO3. Mikrostruktura keramik nebyla ovlivněna působením EHP na kalcináty. (cs)
  • Sb doped Ba0.95Pb0.05TiO3 phase (BPT) was prepared by mechanical milling powder precursors and following, the calcination of homogeneous mixture at 1050.DEG.C. Electrohydropulse (EHP) refining BPT phase was done at two different energies of 3.3x10 4 and 5x10 4 J/m for 3 and 4 minutes in technical water. The magnitude of specific surface has been increased from 2.3 m2/g in the starting calcinate to 4.4 m2/g in the sample treated at the highest energy for 4 minutes. The primary product of the interaction of electric discharge with the surface of BPT phase in water environment was Ba(OH)2, which absorbs air CO2 and coats the surface of EHP treated BPT particles by a BaCO3 layer. The cubic phase on the surface of powder particles of original BPT phase was almost completely removed by the EHP treatment. The microstructure of ceramics was not influenced by the EHP treatment of calcinates.
