Description
(cs)
  • Low level flight systems with possibilities to follow terrain expose pilots of agile combat aircraft to a new flight load. A new quality of the flight load is represented by domination of plus and minus gravitational acceleration changes. Due to the absence of a human centrifuge in the Czech Republic a method with an evaluation of the pilot?s physiological response to the load during real flights was selected. Results of pilots? physiological responses during flights at the safe altitude of 7000 ft were compared with results during low level flights at the altitude of 900 ft. Evaluation of pilot?s physiological responses during flights is based on the continuous blood pressure and the heart rate. The aircrew aptitude selection criteria of evaluation indicating those persons inappropriate for this flight load type were determined. It was proved an influence of the so-called push-pull effect with an impact on flight safety.
