  • The process of sulfuric acid production is highly exothermic, and therefore heat recovery is a substantial part of the process profitability. The simulation model was used to demonstrate methodology for improving energy efficiency of the process. Energy audit and analysis include evaluation of different modification of the process so as to generate a greater amount of steam.
