Description
  • The rising amount of wastewaters polluted with residual dyes is becoming a serious problem in many parts of the world. It is relatively difficult or sometimes almost impossible to remove these dyes by conventional techniques, such as adsorption or absorption. In recent years biofiltration with the use of a white-rot fungus mycelium immobilized on a carrier has arisen as a new alternative of wastewater decolorization.
