- Pasquill ? Giffordův model je obecně doporučovaným nástrojem pro modelování rozptylu z okamžitého a kontinuálního bodového zdroje. Informovali jsem již o souboru programů PLUME, PUFF, FIRE, EXPO a TOXI, které se osvědčily pro kvantitativní odhad míry rizika. 2. vydání knihy Crowl A. D., Louvar F. J. nabízí možnost jak zmodernizovat uvedené programy. U programu PLUME jsou nové korelace pro sigmy v závislosti na vzdálenosti od zdroje. Pro 6 tříd meteorologické stability A,.. ,F jsou dále rozlišeny dva režimy: U-městský a R-venkovský. Další pozornost byla věnována modelování tryskového plamene. Upravený program PUFF umožňuje vzít v úvahu všech 6 tříd meteorologické stability A,.. ,F.. Program PUFF byl kombinován se zmíněnými programy FIRE a EXPL založených na nejjednodušším bodovém modelu, kde všechna hořlavina uvnitř DMV hranice mraku je umístěna do jeho centra. Přetlak a tepelná radiace jsou pak počítány na úrovni země pro různé vzdálenosti od epicentra. Nakonec je diskutován problém modelování v ne (cs)
