  • Sorptions and desorptions of propylene in PP film by large pressure steps were carried out to verify if Fick's diffusion with estimated concentration dependency of diffusion coefficient from small step desorptions is capable to describe even these experiments. However, a very different transport behavior was found. The most important is the difference of the rates of sorption and desorption made by the pressure step between 1 and 25 bar of propylene. The rate of sorption is significantly faster than the rate of desorption. In contrast, small step sorption and desorption didn't reveal such a behavior, that is, they have the same dynamics. Four transport models of penetrant in polymer were tested with respect to measured sorption and desorption characteristics. However, none of the considered models was capable to describe quantitatively the whole set of measured data.

  • Byly prováděny experimenty sorpce a desorpce propylénu ve filmu polypropylénu (PP), kde sorpce (nebo desorpce) byla způsobena velkým či malým skokem tlaku propylénu obklopujícího PP. Bylo testováno, zda koncentrační závislost difuzivity vyhodnocená z experimentů s malým tlakovým skokem je aplikovatelná také pro experimenty s velkým tlakovým skokem. Bylo zjištěno, že rychlost sorpce při rozdílu konečného a počátečního tlaku 25 bar je rychlejší než rychlost desorpce. Bylo testováno několik transportních modelů v kompaktních polymerech uvedených v literatuře. Žádný z testovaných modelů ale nebyl schopen kvantitativně fitovat celou množinu naměřených dat. (cs)
