Description
| - This work deals with multichannel microfluidic systems intended for bioapplications, particularly for medical diagnostics. The chips are fabricated from polystyrene by a combination of microfabrication techniques ? UV photolithography, micromilling, thermal bonding, galvanic metallization etc. Fluorescence detection of bioaffinity complexes in microchannels is carried out either by a florescence microscope or by a more sensitive detection system consisting of a exciting source, optical fibres and PMT. The developed system will be tested on a particular bioaffinity system intended for quantification of ferritin molecules in human diagnostics.

- Práce se zbývá výzkumem multikanálového mikrofluidního systému pro biaplikace- medicínskou diagnostiku. Je popsán proces výroby mikrofluidního čipu. Fluoresceční detekce bioafinitních komplexů byla provedena pomocí mikroskopu nebo fotonásobiče. Systém byl testován pro detekce feritinu. (cs)
