Description
| - This contribution picks up on the threads of the paper [Grosova, Gros 2006] and the book [Lostakova H. and coll. 2006] and is dealing with new trends in marketing and supply chain management (SCM) integration in customers needs meeting. On the basis of literature review and discussion with marketing, logistical and supply chain managers in Czech companies the new concept of the demand chain management (DCM) is discussed [Juttner, Christipher, Baker 2006]. Authors state, that the concept of DCM is not in managerial practice and management theory enlarged, but we may find the basic principles of DCM in marketing, logistics and supply chain management theory and practice.

- Příspěvek navazuje na práce uskutečněné autory v roce2006 a zabývá se problematikou integrace marketingu a SCM. Východiskem je rozsáhlá rešerše literárních pramenů a diskuze s předními odborníky z oblasti marketingu a logistiky. Autoři konstatují, že nový koncept DCM není mezi odbornou veřejností znám, ale principy nového konceptu jsou nedílnou součástí moderního CRM konceptu i systému řízení dodavatelských řetězců. (cs)
