  • Byla vysvětlena důležitost charakterizace měknutí a adhese částic polyolefinů za typický podmínek v průmyslových plynně-dispersních reaktorech. Byly použity dvě techniky pro charakterizaci měknutí a adhese částic polyolefinů. První technika využívá tlakovou celu s pístem nad vzorkem polymerního prachu, kde je poloha pístu snímáne laserovou dilatometrií. Křivka polohy pístu v závislosti na teplotě udává charakteristiku měknutí. Druhou technikou pro charakterizaci adhesních vlastností je mikroskopie se skenující sondou umožňující nejen skenování topologie povrchu na mikro a nanoměřítku, ale také získání rozložení lokálních mechnických a adhesivních vlastností.   • The importance of characterization of softening and adhesion properties of polyolefin powders under typical conditions of industrial gas-dispersion polymerization reactors was explained in the context of the safe and stable operation of these reactors. Two techniques of characterization were used to characterize softening and adhesion properties of polyolefins. The first technique is based on the pressure cell with piston located above the polymer powder and with laser dilatometer sensor detecting the movement of the piston. The constructed apparatus and the developed methodology allow us to quickly measure piston position versus temperature characteristics which correspond to softening behaviour of polyolefins. The second class of characterization techniques is based on scanning probe microscopy (SPM), which allows to investigate not only topology of the surface on the micro and nano-scale, but also local mechanical and adhesive properties of samples.
