Description	Byly studovány dimery tvořené dvěma oligo-N-methylpyrrolovými peptidy spojenými methano[1,5]diazocinovým strukturním motivem, a to v rcemické i chirální formě. Jejich interakce s DNA byla zkoumána pro DNA z telecího brzlíku, poly(dA-dT)2 a poly(dC-dG)2, a sice pomocí spektroskopie NMR a ECD a pomocí fluorescenčního značení. Zkoumané dimery preferují interakci se sekvencemi AT, ale vykazují vyšší afinitu k poly(dC-dG)2 než distamycin A. Konfigurace (4R,9R) na methanodiazocinovém můstku je vhodnější pro interakci s DNA z telecího brzlíku a poly(dA-dT)2 než konfigurace (4S,9S).
