  • V této práci byl použit nový model výpočtu difuzního koeficientu par organických látek pro sorpční experimenty. Toto vylepšení stávajících modelů výpočtu difuzního koeficientu umožňuje přesně stanovit difuzní koeficienty i pro systémy s velmi rychlou kinetikou sorpce par v polymerech: hexan-myristát celulozy, metanol-acetovalerát celulozy, etanol-acetovalerát celulozy při teplotě 298 K a systému etanol-polylaktát při 308 K. Sorpční experimenty byly prováděny gravimetricky pomocí sorpční aparatury (obsahující kalibrované spirální vážky) s automatickou optickou detekci změn polohy polymeru zavěšeného na vážkách při zvolené teplotě a tlaku par. Prezentovaná metoda výpočtu vychází z řešení 2. Fickova zákona za příslušných počátečních a okrajových podmínek a pro její použití je nutná simultánní detekce nasorbovaného množství par v polymeru a hodnoty tlaku par v čase. Pro dva různé modely nárůstu tlaku par byly provedeny výpočty příslušných difuzních koeficientů a tyto hodnoty byly porovnány s nekorigovan (cs)
  • In this work the novel improvement of method of calculation of diffusion coefficient from experimental sorption data obtained by measurements of sorption kinetics of vapors in flat non-porous polymer membranes is reported. Method was developed for systems with very fast sorption kinetics of vapors in polymer membranes: hexane - myristate cellulose, methanol - acetovalerate cellulose, ethanol - acetovalerate cellulose at 298 K and ethanol - polylactate at 308 K. Experiments were carried out by a sorption apparatus with Mc Bain's spiral balances and the elongation of balances, due to sorption of vapors in polymer matrix, was monitored by automatic camera system at selected temperature and at selected vapors pressure. Presented method resulted from commonly used equations for description of sorption process derived for solution of the 2nd Fick Law under appropriate initial and boundary conditions. Application of this method demands the simultaneous detection of mass of sorbed vapors and pressure i
