  • Transportní charakteristiky DC elektrokinetického toku jsou studovány v polystyrenovém mikročipu. Dvě metody kvantifikace elektroosmotického toku byly použity: (i) měření transportního času nepřímou vodivostní metodou a (ii) metodou přímou pomocí fluorescenční sondy. Zjištěné hodnoty elektroosmotické mobility a zeta-potenciálu jsou prezentovány společně s matematickým popisem elektroosmotického toku. (cs)

Problems of the bubble formation and their effects on the measured transport characteristics are discussed. Mathematical models of DC and/or AC electrokinetic pumping are also presented.
