| Description
| - Údržba strojů a zařízení se může stát pro některé podniky konkurenční výhodou. Nové směry v manažerském řízení výroby (štíhlá výroba, outsourcing, TPM, apod.) kladou vysoké nároky na management údržby ve výrobních podnicích. Akceptace těchto nových trendů v managementu údržby je nezbytnou podmínkou v rámci celého řízení výroby. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je popsat systematickou cestu, která umožní manažerům údržby si odpovědět na často kladené otázky, jako jak hodnotit efektivitu servisního střediska, jakým údržba je, příp, jak sledovat náklady na údržbu. V příspěvku naleznete popis cílů v procesech outsourcingu z hlediska podniku, který uskutečnil outsourcing a z hlediska zaměstnanců, kteří byly v rámci outsourcingu odděleni. Dále současné a budoucí trendy v oblasti technických služeb a základní rozvoj procesů outsourcingu jako šance pro zaměstnance. (cs)
- Maintenance of equipments, machines and plants is increasing to be defined as key of economical success for manufacturing companies. The changing of management concepts (Lean Production, Outsourcing, Total productive Maintenance, etc.) makes high and new demands on management of maintenance department. To be prepared for requirements of the future it is necessary to question the actual state of maintenance and to generate new ideas for future development. Targets of this paper is to describe a systematic way which enables maintenance managers to find answer to frequently asked question about service effectiveness and costs of maintenance job. In this paper you will find description of targets in outsourcing processes from the point of view of outsourcing company and outsourced employee; actual and future trend in technical services - what will be the position of an employee; bases and activities for developing outsourcing processes as a chance for employees
