Description	Byla vyvinuta extrakční metoda pro separaci 90Sr z roztoků s velkým nadbytkem 90Y, která byla aplikována pro stanovení radionuklidické čistoty 90Y z radiochemického generátoru 90Sr/90Y. Stroncium bylo extrahováno z vodné fáze, obsahující EDTA při pH =5 roztokem dikarbollylkobaltitanu v nitrobenzenu za přítomnosti PEG 400. Stroncium bylo reextrahováno roztokem Ba(NO3)2 a jeho radioaktivita změřena s použitím kapalného scintilátoru Ultima Gold XR. (cs) The extraction technique for the separation of 90Sr from the solution containing great access of 90Y has been developed. The extraction by the nitrobenzene solution of bis-1,2-dicarbollylcobaltate in the system with PEG 400 and EDTA has been used. Strontium has been stripped to aqueous solution of Ba(NO3)2.It has been seen that this procedure can be used for the determination of trace amount of 90Sr in 90Y prepared by radiochemical 90Y/90Sr generator by liquid scintillation method. The Ultima Gold XR was used as scintillator. The extraction technique for the separation of 90Sr from the solution containing great access of 90Y has been developed.
