Description
  • The classification of oscillatory chemical reactions and the determination of the connectivity of species in a reaction mechanism can be deduced from bifurcation diagrams and/or phase transition curves (PTC) obtained experimentally in a flow-through stirred reactor (CSTR). For that purpose, they need to be compared with calculations for skeletal models of each of the known categories. By assuming that in a CSTR bifurcation diagrams for each pair of constraints (the inflow concentrations and the flow rate) can be measured or PTCs for each reacting species, it is possible to determine the category of the examined oscillator and also deduce the connectivity of the corresponding reaction network.

  • Třídění oscilačních chemických reakcí a určení propojení složek v reakční síti může být vyvozeno z bifurkačních diagramů anebo z křivek fázového posuvu, získaných experimentálně v průtočném míchaném reaktoru. Za tímto účelem musí být výsledky měření srovnány s výpočty s využitím modelů prototypů pro každou z kategorií. Pokud může být v průtočném reaktoru určen bifurkační diagram pro dvojici parametrů vstupní koncentrace - reciproká doba zdržení, nebo může být určena křivka fázového posuvu pro každou složku, pak je možné určit kategorii zkoumaného oscilátoru a určit propojení odpovídající reakční sítě.
