  • At present, the importance of complexes, when the radionuclide was transported to tumor via antibody labeled by a and b emitters, increasingly grows in the targeted therapy of cancers. We were dealing with the study of the human immunoglobulin G (IgG) and anti-CD 20 conjugations with the bicyclic anhydride of the diethylentriamino-N,N,N,N,N-pentaacetate acid (cDTPAA) and labeling of prepared conjugates by 90Y (carrier-free) and 177Lu radionuclides. The HPLC - SEC method, the ultrafiltation and the gel was used for separationof the antibody - DTPA conjugate and free DTPA. The characterization of the bifunctional chelaton bond to antibody was carried out by FTIR spectroscopy.
