  • Příspěvek se zabývá simulací procesu výroby keramických dlaždic pomocí simulačního programu Witness 2004. Výroba keramických dlaždic je sériovou výrobou se širokou paletou výrobků. Dlaždice se navzájem liší velikostí, barvou a typem glazury. Při změně velikosti nebo glazury dlaždic je před zahájením výroby nové dávky nutné přestavět výrobní linku: Tato přestavba trvá určitou dobu a vyžaduje také určité náklady. Dále je uveden stručný popis výrobního procesu včetně hlavních technologických rysů a je popsán proces tvorby modelu. Výrobní sortiment ve srovnání se skutečností je poněkud redukován. Co se týká uspořádání výrobního závodu, je v modelu použito několik zjednodušujících předpokladů. Jsou popsány také specifikace a funkce hlavních složek modelu. Na závěr je ukázáno, jak během výrobního procesu stoupají provozní náklady. (cs)
  • The contribution deals with a simulation of ceramic tiles production process realized by means of Witness 2004 simulator. Ceramic tiles manufacturing is a serial production of a wide product portfolio. The tiles differ from each other in size and colour and type of the glaze. If the size or the glaze changes, it is necessary to rebuilt the production line before the new batch starts. Of course, this rebuilding procedure takes some time and generates some costs. Further, a brief overview of the manufacturing process including key technological features is given and it is shown how the model is designed. First, the product portfolio is reduced in comparison with reality. As far as the arrangement of the production facility is concerned some simplifications are assumed in the model. The specification and function of the principal components of the model is shown as well. Finally, there is shown which costs are arising during the process.
