  • V tomto článku je představena metodika modelování reakčně-transportních dějů v počítačově rekonstruovaném porésním heterogenním katalysátoru. V modelu je použita mikrokinetika oxidace CO na Pt/?-Al2O3 se zahrnutím složek adsorbovaných na katalytickém povrchu. Reakce probíhá v mesopórech ?-Al2O3 zároveň s difusí plynných složek. Několik trojrozměrných struktur bylo rekonstruováno z dostupných SEM obrázků katalytické vrstvy monolitu. Byla studována závislost celkové konverse CO na teplotě a vlastnostech porésní struktury jako makroporosita, velikost pórů a obsah katalytických kovů. (cs)
  • In this paper we present a methodology for the modelling of reaction-transport processes in a digitally reconstructed heterogeneous catalyst. Microkinetics of the CO oxidation on Pt/?-Al2O3 with an explicit consideration of the surface-deposited species has been employed in the model. The reaction takes place on the Pt sites located in the meso-pores of ?-Al2O3, simultaneously with the transport of gaseous reaction components. Several 3D porous structures have been digitally reconstructed from the characteristic SEM images of Pt/?-Al2O3 catalytic washcoats of monoliths. The dependence of overall CO conversion and the effectiveness factor on the temperature and properties of the Pt/?-Al2O3 catalytic porous structure (washcoat macro-porosity, characteristic radius of the macro-pores, and the noble metal loading) has been studied.
