  • Nejstabilnější chemickou formu radionuklidu 99Tc ve vodných roztocích je technecistanový aniont. Vzhledem k tomu že technecistanový aniont vykazuje velkou pohyblivost a rozpustnost je nutno zabránit migraci tohoto radionukldiu do geosféry. Cílem předkládané práce bylo nalézt vhodné podmínky pro záchyt technecistanového aniontu na bentonitu. Obecně je známo, že technecistanový aniont vykazuje velkou pohyblivost, ale na druhou stranu záchyt tohoto aniontu je na bentonitu minimální. Pro dosažení záchytu technecistanového aniontu byly k bentonitu přidány vhodné modifikátory - Fe, FeS. Výtěžek sorpce radionuklidu 99Tc na těchto studovaných směsích byl vyšší než 99%. Hodnota b-aktivity radionukldiu 99Tc ve vodném výluhu byla nižší než 2 Bq/ml. Dva způsoby radiometrické detekce byly využity pro stanovení nízkých hodnot b-aktivity radionuklidu 99Tc. První metoda byla založena na měření počtu pulsů pomocí plastického scintilačního detektoru, druhá metoda využila kapalné scintilátory. Při měření (cs)
  • Radionuclide 99Tc in the form of 99TcO4- represents stable oxidation state under aerobic conditions and is very soluble in the aqueous medium. The high mobility of the 99TcO4- anion must be therefore considered as long time hazardous radionuclide for the geosphere. The aim of our study has been the investigation of retention of 99Tc- on the bentonite. It is generally known that bentonites possess ans excellent cation exchange capacity and on the other hand a poor uptake of anions. Several additives (e.g. Fe, FeS) were added to the bentonite mixtures for the increasing of sorption capacity of this material. The sorption yield of technetium on these studied bentonite mixtures was higher than 99%. Due to this fact the G-activity of 9Tc in the bentonite leachate was not higher than 2 Bq/mL approximately.
