  • Příspěvek je věnován zpracování biomedicínských obrazů s cílem vymezení daného objektu prostředky detekce hran. Byly zkoumány různé metody detekce hran včetně gradientních metod a metod matematické morfologie. Práce byla pak dále zaměřena na metody volby prahu při navazující konverzi šedotónového obrazu do binární formy. (cs)
