Description	Legislation concerning prevention of serious industrial accidents (i.e. §353/1999 Sb, known also under Seveso II) defines objects belonging to category B, for which it is necessary to elaborate a report about quantitative risk assessment (QRA). A recommended content of the report is outlined in so-called %22Purple book%22. Besides the others, Pasquill - Gifford's model is admissible for evaluation of dispersions from instantaneous and continuous steady-state point sources, despite more sophisticated approaches are available.
