Description	Cílem práce bylo navrhnout metodiku vhodnou k posuzování obsahu čistého čaje v nápojích na bázi čaje (instantní čaje, ledové čaje apod.). Postup byl založen na výběru charakteristických chemických markerů kvality a autenticity čaje, výběru analytických metod vhodných pro jejich stanovení a analýze souboru reálných vzorků čajových nápojů zakoupených v obchodech na obsah theobrominu, kofeinu, theaninu a celkových polyfenolů. Výpočet obsahu čaje v těchto vzorcích byl odvozen od průměrných obsahů výše uvedených látek v literatuře a od průměrů experimentálních hodnot získaných analýzou souboru autentických vzorků čajových lístků (theobromin 0,13 g/100g (černý čaj) a 0,16 g/100g (zelený čaj), kofein 1,9 a 1,9 mg/100g, theanin 1,3 a 1,7 g/100g, celkové polyfenoly 9,1 a 14,7 mg/100g). Analýzou reálných vzorků z trhu bylo zjištěno, že přibližně jedna třetina vzorků by nevyhověla limitům německé a rakouské legislativy a 10 % vzorků neobsahovalo vůbec žádný čaj a jejich označení a prodej je tedy v rozporu s p (cs) This study proposes a method for estimating the content of tea in tea-based products. Broadly, this methodology is based on selecting chemical markers of the quality and authenticity of tea (and, therefore, of tea-based products), optimizing the relevant analytical methods, and determining variation (type, origin, quality) among samples of green and black leaf teas. The content of the selected markers (theobromine, caffeine, theanine and total polyphenols) in tea-based products (iced teas, instant teas) was determined. Then, the dry tea content in these products, expressed as the equivalent amount of dry tea leaves, was calculated according to two sets of mean data for these analytes: average literature data, and the mean experimental data obtained for our samples of leaf tea. With regards to the latter, we propose use of the following averages for caffeine, theobromine, theanine and polyphenols: for black tea-based products 1.9 g/100g, 0.13 g/100g, 1.3 g/100g and 9.1 g/100g respectively; for green te This study proposes a method for estimating the content of tea in tea-based products.
