  • Tato studie se zabývala zhodnocením obsahu a vlivu antimikrobiálních látek uvolňovaných při submerzní fermentaci Lentinula edodes L1 na bakterie Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 15313, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853. Výsledky ukazují, že prokvašené kultivační médium vykazuje nejlepší inhibiční účinky po 21 denní kultivaci a to u všech testovaných mikroorganismů. (cs)
  • This study aimed to evaluate the existence of antimicrobial effect on submerged fermentation broths from Lentinula edodes L1 against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 15313, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853. The results indicated that cultivation broth of L. edodes L1 showed better inhibition in 21days of fermentation against all these bacteria, confirming this inhibition through the agar diffusion assay.
