Description	Oxygen and temperature controls via a substrate feeding were developed for aerobic thermophilic bacteria cultivation. For the automatic control the flexible bioprocess controller BIO-2 was adapted. Controller is based on a Basic programmable microprocessor which enables the operator to make changes in the process controller program relatively easy. All cultivations experiments demonstrated the functionality of both pO2 and temperature control algorithms via substrate feeding. (en) Regulace kyslíku a teploty pomocí přítokování substrátu byla vyvinuta pro kultivaci aerobních termofilních mikroorganismů. K automatické regulaci byl adaptován flexibilní regulátor bioprocesu BIO-2. Regulátor je založen na programovatelném mikroprocesoru, který umožňuje operátorovi provést změny v regulačním programu poměrně snadno. Všechny kultivační experimenty demonstrovaly funkčnost jak kyslíkového, tak i teplotního regulátoru pomocí přítoku substrátu (cs)
