  • Kyselina citrónová je jeden z nejdůležitějších produktů fermentace na světě. Cílem práce je produkce této kyseliny plísní Aspergillus niger na pevné fázi - dužnině po vylisování citrónové šťávy jako velmi levného nosiče. Bylo vybráno pět isolátů plísně A. niger (LPB 28, LPB 21, LPB BC, LPB 03 a LPB 326) na základě předchozích kinetických testů. Dále se studie zabývala optimalizací kultivačních podmínek směřujících ke zvýšení produkce kyseliny citrónové. (cs)
  • Citric acid (CA) is one of the most important fermentation products in the world, being mainly produced by the filamentous fungi Aspergillus niger. The aim of this work was to produce CA with A. niger by SSF using CP, which is a low cost medium. Five strains of the filamentous fungi A. niger (LPB 28, LPB 21, LPB BC, LPB 03 and LPB 326) were selected through a kinetic study. Other experiments using the optimized conditions will be carried out in order to increase CA production.
