Description
| - The up-today UPLC (Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography) Acquity systém serves a lot of advantages in the area of polar pesticide analysis. The Waters Acquity system works at high pressures (up to 15.000 psi) with BEH columns. Thanks to these chromatographic parameters, providing high resolution that allows faster separation. For determination of 67 polar pesticides it is commonly used HPLC/MS Waters Aliance 2695 / Quattro Premier. This analytical method is accredited (ISO 17025) and detections limits (LOD) of all analytes are under the hygienic limits for baby food (MRL=0.010 mg/kg). For separation Supelco Discovery C-18 (150 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm) was used with mobile phase gradient of 0.01M ammonium acetate in water/MetOH and flow rate 0.3 ml/min. The analysis is finished in 50 min, so within 24 hours 16 samples can by analyzed including calibration curves and QC samples.
