Description
  • Při výrobě lihu vzniká velké množství lihovarských výpalků jakožto problematického odpadu. Pokud nejsou výpalky přímo zkrmovány, je problémem vysoké riziko mikrobiální kontaminace a obtížná manipulovatelnost s nimi. Z těchto důvodů je nutno řešit otázku jejich dalšího využití a konečného zpracování. V membránovém bioreaktoru jsou pevné částice zachytávány keramickými membránami a veškerá biomasa je zadržována v bioreaktoru. Membránový bioreaktor představuje možnost, jak účinně zpracovávat odpadní vody při integraci membránových separačních technik se systémem aktivovaného kalu. (cs)
  • Distillery stillage is the most problematic waste from distillery, which contains a lot of organic compounds expressed as chemical oxygen demand (COD, up to 50g O2/l). This organic matter must be eliminated to protect the environmental. The suspended solids, in the membrane bioreactor (MBR), are completely separated from the treated water by the ceramic membrane unit, and all bio-mass are kept in the bioreactor. Because of such advantage as good chemical stability, favorable mechanical strength, good antimicrobials ability and high separation efficiency, the ceramic membrane is suitable for comprising ceramic membrane bioreactor (CMBR) with activated sludge.
