Description	Toxicita a genotoxicita PCB (cs) PCBs, plant and bacterial intermediates and products of PCB metabolism were tested from the point of their toxicity and genotoxicity. Toxicity was followed using luminescent bacteria and eucaryotic systém Lactuca sativa. Genotoxicity was tested by Ames test with different mutant strains of Sallmonela typhimurium. Plant intermediates-hydroxychlorobiphenyls were the most toxic. PCBs, plant and bacterial intermediates and products of PCB metabolism were tested from the point of their toxicity and genotoxicity.
