Byla stanovena výživová a senzorická hodnota mražených krémů a zmrzlin z tržní sítě ČR (cs)
The analyses of ten ice creams with vanilla flavour and their nutritive and sensory evaluation were made. Sensory quality was evaluated, with exception of one sample, as average. The dry mater and fat content were, in almost cases, in accordance with regulation No. 77/2003 Sb. The coconut fat was used in nine samples. The usage of coconut fat is negative from the nutrition point. (en)
