  • Využití mikrovlnné energie k sušení poravinářských materiálů je vhodná cesta jak překonat nevýhody konvenčního sušení. Teplo se generuje uvnitř produktu a tím teplota stoupá velmi rychle a rychlost vypařování vody je vyšší než při konvenčním sušení. Hlavní výhoda mikrovlnného ohřevu je snížení spotřeby energie a zrychlení. (cs)
