  • Varnishes used as the inner coatings of food cans are often based on epoxy resins or vinylic organosols. The epoxy resins can be produced from bisphenol A (BPA) and bisphenol F (BPF) and they also contain bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (BADGE) or bisphenol F diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) as stabilising components. These compounds may break down during storage and also by influence of food simulants. The stability of BADGE and BFDGE was studied using reverse-phase gradient high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) with fluorescence detection (FLD). Four experiments were compared: (i) BPA solution at the concentration 3 #g/ml of each food simulant, (ii) BADGE solution at the concentration 3 #g/ml of each food simulant, (iii) BFDGE solution at the concentration 3 #g/ml of each food simulant and (iv) mixture of all bisphenols solution at the concentration 3 #g/ml of each food simulant.   • Laky používané na vnitřní povrch konzervových plechovek jsou hlavně typu epoxidových polymerů nebo polyvinylchloridových organosolů. Tyto polymery jsou složeny z bisfenolu A (BPA) a bisfenolu F (BPF) a obsahují bisfenol A diglycidyl ether (BADGE) nebo bisfenol F diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) jako stabilizátory. Tyto látky se mohou degradovat během skladování a také vlivem potravinových simulantů. Byla sledována stabilita BADGE a BFDGE za použití kapalinové chromatografie (RP-HPLC) s fluorescenční detekcí (FLD). Byly provedeny čtyři experimenty: (i) roztok BPA o koncentraci 3 #g/ml každého potravinového simulantu, (ii) roztok BADGE o koncentraci 3 #g/ml každého potravinového simulantu, (iii) roztok BFDGE o koncentraci 3 #g/ml každého potravinového simulantu a (iv) směsný roztok všech bisfenolů o koncentraci 3 #g/ml každého potravinového simulantu. Jako potravinové simulanty byly použity destilovaná voda, 10 % ethanol, 95% ethanol a 3% octová kyselina. Bylo zjištěno, že BPA, BADGE a BFDGE byly nejvíce stabil (cs)
