Description
| - A new program for interactive computing of physical properties of sucrose, sucrosesolutions and any other substances by modelling, simulation and balance calculations wasdeveloped. The main data source for the database is monograph Sugar Technologist Manual fromBubník, Kadlec, Urban a Bruhns (Bartens, Berlin, 1995). It is a complex compendium ofphysical properties of sucrose and its solutions and many other data from technology ofsucrose and interrelated processing. This publication contains not only the data in tables, butalso mathematical relations describing dependencies of individual properties on basic physicalparameters (e.g. on the temperature, concentration, pressure, etc.).
