  • Optimalizacija processa krekinga uglevodorodov dlja upravlenija blokom proizvodstva etilenna
  • There are few reaction systems as extensive as the pyrolysis of hydrocarbon blends occurring in the steam cracking process. A phenomenological mathematical model trying to describe the process as a whole has resort to simplifications and its use is often hindered by inadequate feedstock characterization. Therefore, having means of studying pyrolysis reactions in laboratory scale, such as the apparatus described above, can be very beneficial for direct application and hybrid models development. The development of the laboratory apparatus for micro-scale pyrolysis was aimed at the complex application in the steam cracking process research. The accurate characterization of hydrocarbon feedstocks was a priority as it is an important optimizing and economy factor of ethylene unit management. However, the more theoretical studies concerning the single compound cracking mechanism investigation can benefit from the laboratory experiments as well. (en)
  • Práce je zaměřena na popis vlivu surovin na optimalizaci procesu pyrolýzy a řízení provozu pyrolýzních pecí. Důraz je kladen na hodnocení surovin matematickými a fyzikálními modely. (cs)
