| - This paper presents detailed data on the biomass and elements pools of the six sample trees in the catchments of Plešné and Čertovo Lakes. Diameters and heights of the sample trees ranged from 28.0 to 63.7 cm and from 14.1 to 38.7 m. The age of the sample trees ranged from 84 to 177 years. Total biomass of the sample trees ranged from 239.4 kg to 2932.3 kg. Variation of total biomass between the sample trees was the consequence of the tree biometric data (height and DBH) and age differences. Fraction of the stem wood and bark ranged from the 63.5 to 69.5 %, and from the 4.6 to 7.2 % respectively. Fraction of the foliage and fine branches ranged from the 4.3 to 8.4 %, and from the 0.7 to 1.9 % respectively. Fraction of the branch wood and bark ranges from the 2.2 to 6.5 %, and from the 0.8 to 2.2 % respectively. Mean concentrations of C in different tree components were rather similar. Except of C and compared to the other elements, N had in all cases the highest mean concentrations in tree comp
