| Description
| - It was made an analysis of the alfa diversity to the vegetation, with richness estimation, and an analysis of the beta diversity with estimation of shared species, to 12 square plots (1/4 hectare large each one), placed in the forest of 7 municipalities in the south of Tolima (Colombia) pertaining to the strategic eco-region of La Tatacoa and its influence area. In this plots were taken into account all the individuals with normal diameter bigger or equal to 5 cm. With 121 species found, species richness varied between 15 and 34, ACE species increment estimated reached even 15 species, almost every plot included at least 1 species unique for the group with abundance of 1 individual, and the abundance models Log Series and Geometrical described better the plots. In the most of the cases, the beta diversity did not reach the 50% of likeness.
