Description	The level of damage starch in wheat materials influences many technological and rheological parameters. This study evaluates the ability of two relatively new methods using in Czech Gene bank, to monitor damage starch with comparison of standard used parameter - Falling number. Both methods showed mesoscale relations to this parameter and mainly the measurement by Mixolab apparatus because of its complexity, appeared very effective tool for the evaluation of wheat materials.
