Description	A total of 1239 Czech Fleckvieh bulls (C) with different blood percentage of dairy breeds (group C1 - 75% and more of C, C2 - 51-74% of C, and C3 - 26-50% of C) and 105 Holstein bulls reared and tested for the use in AI were evaluated. The feeding ration was optimized for a daily live weight gain from 1300 to 1400 g. Sperm collection was performed from 360 to 420 days of the bulls´ ages. From 6 to 9 samples were taken repeatedly from every bull at weekly intervals. Live weight, daily live weight gain, height at the sacrum (H), and body length (L) were also measured during observation. The results were evaluated by the SAS GLM. The volume of sperm collected ranged from 3.50 to 3.85 ml; sperm motility differed from 63 to 68%; sperm concentration per mm3 varied from 1.4 to 1.6 x 106 of spermatozoa; and the portion of pathological spermatozoa ranged from 9 to 25%.
