  • Quality milk, acquired from health dairy cows, belongs to basic foodstuffs. Milk quality is evaluated from different points of view with many traits. Content of residuum of inhibitory substances (RIS) is one of this indicators. RIS are detected in cows milk more frequently after antibiotics treatment of mastitis. RIS have a negative impact to bacteria of milk fermentation and negative allergic reaction is possible in consumers. RIS occurence in milk is dependent on many factors, for example meeting criteria of protection period, changes in animals metabolism in time of disorder, way of medicament aplication, numbers of aplications. The goal of this work was to determine occurence of RIS in dairy cows milk after end of protection period. Length of protection period wasn´t sufficient in all cases. Deal of 15,4% was positive in content of RIS, it means threehold overfullfilment of indicating limit of producer (Biopharm), which is to 5% of all samples. Results was confirmed with SAS GLM using.
