Description	Main objective of present work was focused on detrmination of Zn availability in soils and its uptake by oats plants after addition of different materials into sewage sludge and their preincubation with them. Pot experiments were set up at three different soils and the addition of eight months incubated sewage sludge treated by different ameliorative compounds (bentonite, calcium carbonate, organic materials) were tested. The lime addition into sludge led to lower mean Zn uptake under addition of aerobically and anaerobically incubated sludge. Bentonite addition showed very mild effect on Zn accumulation.
