Description	Studium esterázových komplexů (dále EK) v tkáních člověka, především na úrovni CNS, je datováno od upřesnění diagnosy Alzheimerovy choroby. U hospodářských zvířat, včetně drůbeže, krom jiných tkání a orgánů je pozornost soustředěna na úroveň EK ve sliznici střevní v souvislosti s malabsorpcí různé etiologie. Otázkou gradientu enzymů EK se za fyziologických podmínek a v průběhu enteritidy zabývali u kuřat Sine et al. (1989; 1990) a u širšího sortimentu hospodářských ptáků (křepelka, slepice, kachna) Ferrand et al. (1993). U křepelek, které byly součástí kosmického výzkumu INTERKOSMOS úroveň enzymů EK studovali v komparaci kontrolních a pokusných jedinců Lenhardt et al. (1992), Kudweis a Lojda (1994) a Kudweis et al. (1996). Kvalitu EK v souvislosti se známou krmnou dávkou ve sliznici střevní tenkého i tlustého střeva slepic posuzoval již dříve Ono (1967; 1968) a nověji Sine et al. (1988) a Csoknya et al. (1990). V naší práci jsme ve sliznici střevní slepic, krmených krmnou směsí dotovanou Cu a Fe2+ věn Study komplex of the esterases (further EK) in the weaving man´s, above all abreast CNS, is dating from specification diagnosy Alzheimer´s illness.
