Description	Stresový vliv nízkých teplot na akumulaci energeticky bohatých látek do listů mladých rostlin pšenice byl sledován u devíti odrůd naší a zahraniční provenience. Do pokusu byly zahrnuty následující odrůdy: Ludwig, Vlasta, Sepstra, Apache, Corsaire, Complet, Samanta, Batis, Contra, Semper, Drifter, Windsor. Nízké teploty byly voleny s ohledem na aktuální stav porostu, průběh počasí a vzhledem k aktuální mrazuvzdornosti porostu pšenic (-6,0 °C do -18,0 °C). Obsah netto energie se v listech pohyboval v rozmezí průměrných hodnot od 8,49 do 15,17 kJ.g-1. U první varianty pokusu, která zahrnovala teploty od -6,0 °C do -7,8 °C se pohybovaly hodnoty netto energie v rozmezí hodnot od 11,95 kJ.g-1 (odrůda Apache, 2002/I) do 15,99 kJ.g-1 (odrůda Samanta, 2002/I). U teplot od - 10,0 °C do -13,0 °C byl interval naměřených hodnot spalného tepla mezi 9,89 kJ.g-1 (odrůda Apache, 2002/I) a 13,49 kJ.g-1 (odrůda Drifter, 2002/I). Varianta s nejnižšími teplotami v pokusu snížila obsah energie v porovnání s ostatními tep The following cultivars of winter where were chosen for the experiments: Ludwig, Vlasta, Sepstra, Apache, Corsaire, Complet, Samanta, Batis, Contra, Semper, Drifter, Windsor, the cultivars were grown in the field conditions at the experimental station ofCUA in Prague - Uhříněves. The lowest average net energy content was recorded within the Apache cultivar (10.09 kJ.g-1) and the highest values of net energy the Ludwig cultivar (12.18 kJ.g-1) and Vlasta cultivar (12.21 kJ.g-1). The most considerable dec rease of net energy content was caused by temperature -14.1 °C - -18.1 °C and on the other side the lowest depression was caused by temperature -6.0 °C - -7.7 °C. (en)
