Cílem pokusu bylo stanovit dobu poklesu intenzivní tvorby svaloviny u hybridních prasat v závislosti na typu výživy.
Three types of feeding has been monitored with respect to meat formation in hybrid pigs. On the base of obtained results one could say that for producers is able to use on the one hand ad-libitum feeding of pigs with poor protein content (improvement of high growth capacity) on the other hand controlled feeding-technologie which guarantee more and longer period of protein transformation in to the pig meat.
