| - Documents which are not in possession and under control of a user cannot be changed according to the users´ needs. On the other hand, when many documents are available, they can be processed using various text mining tools. The results of automatic knowledge mining are in many cases not very beneficial. Nevertheless processing a great number of documents of different authors on the same topic can bring new implicit knowledge. In this article we propose a combined method in order to understand some important characteristics of a product, in reference to documentation published by competing companies. Internal documents of companies are usually designed for complete reading by a subject or a person. A different situation occurs when quick response is needed. Changes in market conditions, actions of competitors, characterize such a situation. It often implies the necessity to quickly find some important documents or appendixes.
